Leaders achieve their results through their people; and effective leaders strongly influence a climate that enables people to perform at their best.

Research shows that leaders do this by:

  • developing a range of leadership styles.
  • adapting their leadership style to match the situation.

Becoming an effective leader is a journey; it takes time and practise. And feedback helps leaders to choose the right behaviours and understand the impact they have on their teams. I have a wealth of experience in working with Leaders in both the Private and the Public sector. 

I offer a range of interventions to help you become an even more effective leader. I also work with teams and organisations to help achieve their business outcomes.

Coaching ( Role Coaching)

A coaching journey involves gaining a greater understanding of the impacts you, as a leader, has on those that you lead. Its about ‘role clarity’. I offer a service of coaching individual leaders to gain a deeper level of self awareness; of how their leadership behaviour impacts on others and of how the behaviour of others impacts on them.

Role coaching should not be entered into lightly, nor should it be held as some “silver bullet” that will instantly change the world. Put simply – you get out of it what you put into it. 

Your primary intent in taking up Role Coaching should be a desire to enhance how you perform your role in service of the organisation goal

 – Be open to feedback about the way that you are taking up your role      currently, including your personal goals.
